Strength:

Bench Press

2 x 5 @ 75%, 1 x 5+ @ 85%

*Rest 90-120 seconds between sets between efforts
*This is to be performed based off your W1rm

Conditioning:

15 Burpees
15 Box Jumps (24/20)
15 Strict Presses (95/65)
15 Box Jumps (24/20)
15 Burpees

Rest 3 Minutes

5 Burpees
10 Box Jumps (24/20)
20 Push Presses (95/65)
10 Box Jumps (24/20)
5 Burpees

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work
