Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Conditioning:

Every 3 Minutes for 15 Minutes

12 Deadlifts 245/165
9 DxKB Cleans 62/44
6 DxDB S2OH 50/35

*Perform each round as fast as possible and record splits for each round
*If you miss a round start back at the deads at the turn of the interval but subtract 2 reps from each movement

AUX:

1×100 Banded Good Mornings
30on/30off Hollow Rocks (seconds)

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
