Destiny

Did mostly stiff leg sit-ups for t2bs, did the rest as written. I think it took me 27 min.

Did this with the ladies’ weights on the swings, 25 lb DB for the snatches, stiff legged sit-ups for T2B, and mountain crawlers for double unders.
Bike commuted 10 miles.
