Bike commuted 10 Miles.


Almost finished 7 rounds, I was just short 6 Russian swings
25# DBs for STO instead of a barbell to save my shoulder a little bit.


Did ring rows instead of pull ups, everything else as RX’d. 5 rounds + all but the Russian swings in rd 6.
