Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

14 Minute EMOM

Odd Minutes = 1 x Heavy Power Snatch
Even Minutes = 50 Foot Heavy Front load Sandbag Carry

*The goal is not to miss any Power Snatches

Conditioning:

8 Rounds

10 KettleBell Snatches (5R/5L) 53/35
8 OverHead Squats 95/65
4 Russian Twists (2R/2L) 53/35

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
