Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Conditioning:

EMOM 3 Minutes

200 Meter Sprint

Rest 2 Minutes

1 Minute Max Strict T2B
2 Minutes Max Strict Pullups
2 Minute Bar Hang

*The Max Rep Sets are set on a clock. So you have 1 minute to get as many T2B as possible and then 2 Minutes to get as Many Pullups as possible. The Bar hang is cumulative though. So you must aquire a total of two minutes of hanging. Ideally you do this in as few attemps as possible with 1 straight two minute set being the best. You rest start once you have finished the two minutes of Hanging.

Rest 2 Minutes

EMOM 3 Minutes

Run 200 Meters

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
