Warm up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Conditioning:

In teams of 2:

10 Rounds

10 Goblet Squats
Max Ski Erg Meters

*While one partner is squatting, the other is accumulating meters on the Ski Erg. Once the partner squatting has completed their reps, both partners switch stations
*Squats should be highly tensioned and performed for quality

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes Light Monostructural
