Training 12-19-2017

Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Conditioning:

Every 90 Seconds for 15 Minutes perform the following:

20 Double Unders
3 Power Cleans 135/95
2 Front Squats

*If you miss a round finish that interval then rest the remainder of the next work window before starting your next round at the turn of the clock

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)

Bike commuted 10 miles
