Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

Squat 10-8-6-4-2
Press 10-8-6-4-2
Russian Swings 50 @ 53/35

*Increase the load after each set working to a more maximal weight in your doubles at the end of the sets. Go from your squats directly to your press and then from your press to your swing set which are always performed as a set of 50.
*Rest 2 minutes on the completion of your swings before your next squat set
*This is a run on a rep scheme posted on .Com the other day, that included deadlifts instead of swings though

Conditioning:

20 Devil Presses 45/35
30 Box Jumps 24/20
20 Pullups

*This is very much a sprint workout

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
