*It looks complicated just add 2 Cals and 2 seconds to the Battle Rope each new Round, its that “easy,” right?

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)

Did this with dead lifts at 235lb unchanging.
