B) 3 Rounds building to a maximal 3rd Round

Tempo = 30×1
*Rest as needed between rounds

Conditioning:

7 Rounds

7 Front Squats (95/65)
14 Double Unders
14 Russian Twists (20/14)

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
