Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Conditioning:

10 Minute Partner Long Cycle Scrum Set

This is a performed as a “You Go, I Go” partner workout. One partner may be working at a Time in this work piece. The ideally weight is 53/35 but you but go Heavier or lighter if you wish. There is no set rep count, time interval or crazy hold involved in this workout today. Quite simply two partners will go back and forth trying to accumulate the most reps possible as one works and one rests.

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
