Conditioning:

15 Minute AMRAP

30 Second Battle Rope
2 Rounds 10 x Light DB Arnold Presses, 10 X DB Bent Over Rows
10 DB Gladiators (5R/5L)
10 Box Jumps 24/20
4 Alternating SandBag Cleans (2R/2L)

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
