Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

4 Rounds

5 DxKB Deadlifts (inside the legs) + 1 DxKB Clean
6 Foot Open Rack Walk
6 DxKB Alternating Dead Cleans (3R/3L)
6 Foot Open Rack Walk
6 DxKB Cleans

*Rest 60 seconds between Rounds
*The goal is to try and build weight each round, if you find yourself stuck at a weight early on, then perform pauses after each rep and move very slowly in your Rack Walk

Conditioning:

3 Rounds

15 Burpees
50ft HS Walk 0r Low Bear Crawl
20 Hollow Rocks

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
