Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Conditioning:

“Dirty Dozens”

3 Rounds

6 Swings
6 Cleans
12 Front Squats
6 Cleans
6 Swings

*Rest 90 Seconds Between efforts
*You may use diffent weights for each round. The goal is to pick a challenging weight with the goal of completing each Round Unbroken. If you do break a complex and set the bells down, perform a 25 Burpee penalty then finish your remaining Reps before finishing the complex.

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
