Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Conditioning:

Row a 1k
50 Barbell Thrusters 45/35
30 Pullups

Rest 5 Minutes

Run 400 Meters
25 Barbell Thrusters 45/35
15 Pullups

Optional: Rest 5 Minutes

10 Minutes of Alternating Sandbag TGUs

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)

When work pieces have “Optional” attachements available that training is dependent on your current your level of fatigue and comfort with the movments and time remaining in the training session.

first day for 2 weeks – this was a hard one.
did 45 lb bar (should have used 35 lb bar) and did ring rows.
Biked 10 miles.
