Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Conditioning:

4 Rounds

4 SandBag Turkish Get Up (2r/2l)
8 SandBag Shoulder 2 Overhead
16 Air Powered Cals
32 Weighted Step-ups

*Step-ups can be performed with a weight vest or weights held at the side. Ideally the weight doesn’t exceed 30/20 total pounds

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
