Conditioning:

3 Rounds of the following

2 Rounds of

12 Box Jumps
12 C2B Pullups
12 Medball Cleans 20/14

*After you two round interval perform the following for QUALITY before starting your next interval

30 KettleBell Swings 53/35
30 Single Rope Skips
30 Second HandStand Hold or 50 Foot HS Walk
30 Second Rest

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
