20 HSPUs
10 Bar MuscleUps

30 Russian Lunges
40 Air Squats
50 DxKB Deficit Deadlifts 35/26

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)

35lb bells, no deficit, 35lb bells floor press for HSPU, strict pull ups for muscle ups.
Biked 12 miles commuting with nature.
