Training 1-1-2018

Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Conditioning:

Every 90 Seconds for 21 Minutes perform the following:

3 x DxKB Snatches 53/35
7 x DxKb Front Squat
100ft Farmers Walk

Optional:

21-15-9

Hang Power Clean 115/85
Ring Dip

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)

When work pieces have “Optional” attachments available that training is dependent on your current your level of fatigue and comfort with the movements and time remaining in the training session.
